## Work

- [gotcha-distill](https://jeansantos.me/work/gotcha-distill/): An agent skill that turns each incident into one always-loaded line and one lazily-loaded entry — with the two asserted in parity by CI, in both directions.
- [agent-harness](https://jeansantos.me/work/agent-harness/): A retrieval harness that routes agent questions through layered lookups instead of grepping whatever happens to be cloned — measured at 1,232× less context, and correct where grep was not.
- [An agentic SDLC](https://jeansantos.me/work/agentic-sdlc/): A written contract, six rules each earned by something breaking, and guardrails asserted by CI rather than documented. Two agent runtimes, one source of truth.
- [Passarim](https://jeansantos.me/work/passarim/): A private photo archive over S3 Glacier — signed-cookie edge auth, on-device face clustering, and about $0.90 a month at rest.
- [Knowing when not to ask a model](https://jeansantos.me/work/jev-triage/): A four-tier triage ladder for failing tests — deterministic checks first, Jev's typed decisions second, an LLM only when both have run out.
- [Project Solarpunk](https://jeansantos.me/work/solarpunk/): A mobile farming game where the server owns the farm — Nakama storage the client cannot write, crops timed on the server's clock, and every rule proved by breaking it.

## Hiring for

- [Platform + AI](https://jeansantos.me/platform-ai/): Agentic SDLC, MCP servers over documentation, and a self-improving agent knowledge base — built on eight years of production Kubernetes.
- [SRE / Platform](https://jeansantos.me/sre/): Senior SRE and platform engineer in Berlin: EKS in production, Terraform, Karpenter, Istio, and a 30% cut in AWS EC2 spend.
- [Engineering Lead](https://jeansantos.me/lead/): SRE tech lead in Berlin: led a team of three, grew a career changer into a CKA-certified platform engineer, owned the infrastructure roadmap.

## Optional

- [The workshop](https://jeansantos.me/workshop/): how the agent tooling is run day to day, and what it costs.
- [Contact](https://jeansantos.me/contact/): a form; the only route to the owner.
